Ryan M. Hartman

Chief Executive Officer

Ryan M. Hartman is the Chief Executive Officer of Ondas Sentinel. Ryan leads the division’s strategy to deliver multi domain intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance solutions across stratospheric systems, autonomous platforms, and AI enabled mission technologies. Ryan joined World View as CEO in early 2019 and guided the company’s evolution into a purpose driven global brand pioneering humanity’s exploration and understanding of the Earth from the stratosphere. Previously, Ryan served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Insitu, a pioneer in the design, development, and manufacturing of unmanned aircraft acquired by Boeing.

Matt McCue

Chief Technology Officer

Matt McCue is the Chief Technology Officer of Ondas Sentinel. Matt oversees technology integration across the business and leads efforts to accelerate Ondas’ strategy to deliver integrated, multidomain autonomous defense solutions at scale. Previously, Matt served as President and Chief Executive Officer of DZYNE Technologies, a company he cofounded in 2012 with a vision to transform the rapid development of manned and unmanned aircraft systems for U.S. defense customers. With more than two decades of aerospace engineering and product development experience, Matt helped grow DZYNE from a cutting edge startup into an industry leader in long endurance ISR, counterUAS, and autonomous effects. Matt holds a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in aerospace, aeronautical, and astronautical engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

Carol Brault

Chief Financial Officer

Carol Brault is the Chief Financial Officer of Ondas Sentinel. Carol brings more than 30 years of financial leadership experience across consumer brands and operationally complex businesses. Carol previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Winc, Inc., where her strategic leadership helped guide the company through significant growth and a successful IPO. After her tenure at Winc, Carol founded a consulting practice supporting founder led and investor backed companies through key growth and transformation milestones. At Ondas Sentinel, Carol leads financial strategy and operations to ensure the organization’s long term fiscal strength and scalability.

Ed Smetak

EVP, Long Endurance ISR

Ed Smetak is the Executive Vice President of Long Endurance ISR at Ondas Sentinel. Ed leads long endurance unmanned aerial system (UAS) initiatives and oversees the LEAP and ULTRA UAS portfolios. Previously, Ed served as Executive Vice President of Long Endurance UAS at DZYNE Technologies. Ed brings 18 years of experience in the autonomous aerospace industry and has managed multiple advanced programs from inception, including tube launched UAS initiatives, a crewed general aviation aircraft, and an Indy 500 winning car. Before DZYNE, Ed managed advanced aircraft concept development and contributed to fabricating one of the world’s first crewed electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) prototypes while at Swift Engineering. Ed holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Southern California.

George Schwartz

EVP, Counter UAS

George Schwartz is the Executive Vice President of Counter UAS at Ondas Sentinel. George brings more than 30 years of experience across the aerospace and defense sector, leading engineering, operations, and management efforts in both public and private environments. George has directed aircraft, weapons, and sensor development programs valued up to $15 billion and previously served as Executive Vice President at DZYNE Technologies. George holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from MIT.

Ryan Holcomb

EVP, Effectors

Ryan Holcomb is the Executive Vice President of Effectors at Ondas Sentinel. Ryan leads production scaling for effector products to meet growing customer demand and support mission critical operations. Ryan brings more than ten years of experience in supply chain, operations, and manufacturing, and previously worked with DZYNE Technologies for three years prior to its integration into Ondas Sentinel. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
